A note to commercial exhibitors: This Year the Quiet Water Symposium will be charging a fee of $100.00 for each space to exhibitors who represent a for profit business. The cost per space will be $125.00 after February 1, 2011

INFORMATION ON TEARING DOWN EXHIBITS
The symposium runs until 6:00 PM on Saturday. We ask that you respect our guests and plan on remaining at the symposium until this time. We will not be allowing vehicles onto the show floor until after this time. If there is a need leave before 6:00 PM, please contact the show staff and they will attempt to find help.
Electrical outlets are available on each pillar in the Pavilion. Please let us know if your exhibit will require electricity.
Exhibitors: Please provide the names of people who will be with your exhibit.
Name tags will be provided for those listed. We limit this to six (6) in your group. Please contact the organizing committee with any questions.
We can provide 8 1/2 X 11 signs for your exhibit. If you would like signs please provide the information below

Tables are normally 2' X 8' . We will provide one (1) table per exhibitor. (Paying commercial exhibitors may request up to two (2) tables.) Beyond this a rental fee of $20.00 per table paid in advance will be required. (Two (2) chairs will be provided for each exhibitor)
Exhibit space is assigned by the show organizers. Commercial exhibitors will be invoiced as noted above.

Please note that the majority of spaces available are 10' X 10'. We do have some 10' X 15' spaces at the South end of the exhibit area, there are also several 8' deep x 10' spaces against the outside (East) wall. For the 2011 Symposium the spaces in the arena are laid out at 15' X 15'.
A note to those registering after February 12, 2011: Due to the time needed to prepare the show program for publishing, we cannot guarantee that your exhibit will be shown in the Show Program.
